These citizens will employ bricks, rocks, beer bottles, or any available items to throw at the gangsters, effectively hindering their advance toward your territory.

However, the unique context and characters presented in Home Defender create a fresh and exciting experience for Players.
Story
Wang and the local villagers are determined to display their special skills and steadfastly defend their ancestral home! The main objective is to safeguard this old house alongside the villagers!
In this engaging tower-defense game, you will take on the role of Wang, an adventurous, honorable, and brave boy. The gangsters, hired by nefarious forces, are intent on violently demolishing Wang's ancestral dwelling. Wang is joined by relatives, friends, and neighbors, all working together to protect this cherished house from destruction by the gangsters.
Characters
A housing complex typically comprises various types of people, and Home Defender – Wang’s Story is no exception. The game features a diverse cast of characters who inhabit the building, including A Hao, Tieu Ngo, Fisherman, among others. Each character possesses unique traits and weaponry. In Battle, they unite with a shared goal: to defend this historic structure until the very end.
Alongside standard attacks, each character also possesses distinct special abilities that activate after a Short charging period. These skills can either deal damage, create crowd control effects, or both. Players must wisely time their usage of these special abilities to maximize their combat effectiveness.
Furthermore, players should not overlook the importance of upgrading their characters to enhance their strength. Characters’ abilities are categorized into levels represented by colors: white, blue, purple, and yellow. This familiar system allows players to easily identify which characters require prioritization when allocating resources.

Building upgrades
To ensure the building remains robust enough to withstand the increasingly aggressive assaults from gangsters, strengthening its defenses is crucial. Players can achieve this by constructing higher floors. This upgrade doesn't only stabilize the building; it also opens additional positions, allowing other households to assist in fighting off the gangsters. Thus, for every extra floor built in Home Defender – Wang’s Story, an additional character joins the Battlefield, enhancing both the offensive and defensive capabilities of that section.
